1. What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal.

2. Do I need to disclose my email and/or phone number in the ad?
No, buyers can contact you by email through our messaging system.

3. I purchased a Silver, Gold or Platinum Plan but my ad is not highlighted in the search results?
Sign In and go to My Listings, click on the "Make Highlighted" link in the bottom right hand corner.
 
4. When I save my ad I get a "price is not a float value" error.
Do not use a comma when entering the price.
 
5. How do I load a YouTube Video on my ad?
Load just the video ID (for example: NpkelxMdJ20) and then go to My Listings and Activate YouTube Video link.

5. How much does it cost to ship a bike?
